In the event a party elects arbitration, they shall initiate such arbitration through an established alternative dispute resolution (ADR) provider mutually agreed upon by the parties.
Alternatively, any Claim may be adjudicated by a court of competent jurisdiction located in Egypt. You and Elkhan Shop agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located within Egypt.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the site at our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the site will immediately cease.
